Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, undergarments)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at sharon@spchealthcare.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
